Full-service
event planning.
Modern Client plans corporate and industry events for companies that care how their brand shows up in a room.
We take the whole event off your plate: the concept, the venue, the vendors, the guest experience, the schedule, and the people on site making it run. Because we also do brand and visibility work, every event is planned to say something about your company, not just fill a calendar.
One partner for the planning and the story, so the event feels like your brand from the invitation to the follow-up.
Everything,
so you don’t have to.
A single planning team from the first call to the final recap.

01What kinds of events does Modern Client plan?
Corporate events and company meetings, client appreciation events, leadership offsites and retreats, networking events, executive dinners, industry roundtables, trade show support and planning, and multi-day peer summits.
02Do you handle the full event or just part of it?
The full event. Modern Client handles concept, budget, venues, hotel blocks, catering, entertainment, vendors, registration, run of show, and the on-site team. If you already have pieces in place, we can plan around them.
03Where do you plan events?
Anywhere in the United States. We have planned events in Fort Worth and travel to most cities and destinations our clients choose.
04How far ahead should we start?
For a dinner or networking event, six to eight weeks is comfortable. For a multi-day summit or retreat with hotel blocks, three to six months or more gives the best choice of venues and dates.
05How is pricing set?
Every event is scoped to its size, length, and location. Tell us about your event in the inquiry and we will follow up with a proposal.
06Will someone from Modern Client be at the event?
Yes. Our team is on site to run the schedule, manage vendors, and handle anything that comes up, so you can focus on your guests.
Let’s plan
the room.
Share what you have so far. A rough date, a headcount, and a city are plenty to start. Modern Client plans events across the country and will reply by email to set up a first conversation.
