Where peers
become a group.
A peer summit brings leaders who do the same job together to learn from each other.
We plan the whole experience: the host hotel, the meeting space and sessions, the meals, and the evening outings that give the group a shared story. The result is a group that keeps talking long after everyone flies home.
Strong content keeps the days useful. Great local experiences make the group want to return.
Every day,
every evening.

Property Management & Operations
Peer Summit.
Modern Client planned the Property Management & Operations Peer Summit in Fort Worth, with The Worthington Renaissance in downtown Fort Worth as the host hotel.
Peer sessions filled the days. Evenings took the group to a whiskey tasting with live music at Blackland Distillery, the Fort Worth Herd cattle drive in the Stockyards, and a night in cowboy hats at Billy Bob's Texas.

01What is a peer summit?
A peer summit is a multi-day gathering of leaders who hold similar roles, such as property management and operations executives, who meet to share what is working, solve problems together, and build relationships.
02Can you plan a summit in a different city?
Yes. Modern Client plans peer summits and retreats anywhere in the United States and builds each program around what the host city does best.
03How far ahead should a summit be planned?
Six months or more is ideal for a multi-day summit, so the best hotels, room blocks, and evening venues are still available.
04Do you plan the evening activities too?
Yes. Evening venues, private buyouts, tastings, entertainment, and group transportation are all part of the plan.
Let’s plan
the room.
Share what you have so far. A rough date, a headcount, and a city are plenty to start. Modern Client plans events across the country and will reply by email to set up a first conversation.
